pk67 Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the pk67 platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the pk67 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By using the pk67 website, mobile version, or application, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.
pk67 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use pk67's services. pk67 may request ID or other documents for age verification at any time. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
21+ only: pk67's services are open only to those aged 21 or above. Creating an account with a false age may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, device, IP address, or ID is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
All information provided at registration — name, address, phone number, date of birth — must be completely accurate and kept up to date. pk67 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
2.4 Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
pk67 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer through major banks in Bangladesh (such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). These Terms will be updated if new methods are added in the future.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200.
- Minimum withdrawal: The minimum amount for any withdrawal request is ৳800.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before withdrawing. pk67 reserves the right to hold withdrawals from unverified accounts.
3.4 Source of Funds
Funds deposited into the account must come from a legitimate source and must belong to the account holder. Using third-party payment accounts or cards is prohibited. pk67 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
Please note: Withdrawals will be sent back via the same payment method used for the deposit. Additional verification may be required to withdraw via a different method.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus requires 25x wagering. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- All games can be played with bonus funds, though some games may be excluded from wagering calculations.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is complete.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless pk67 explicitly approves it.
- pk67 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or manipulation is suspected.
4.4 Other Promotions
pk67 periodically offers additional promotions, cashback offers, and VIP benefits. Each promotion will have its own applicable terms, which will be stated on that promotion's page.
5. VIP Program
pk67's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular participation and overall activity on the platform. VIP benefits are at pk67's discretion and may change at any time.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Fair Play Commitment
pk67 operates under a Fair Play policy. All game outcomes are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable. pk67 does not manipulate any game results and does not permit any third party to do so.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:
- Using bots or automated software to play games.
- Intentionally exploiting any weakness or bug in the game system.
- Playing games in collusion with other members.
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
6.3 Sports Betting
In the sports betting section, pk67 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting odds and markets are subject to change. Please understand the applicable rules thoroughly before placing any bet.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
7.1 pk67's Rights
pk67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Providing a false identity or information.
- Fraudulent activity or system abuse.
- Self-exclusion at the account holder's request.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
7.2 User Rights
You may request to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you have a valid balance, you may withdraw it before the account is closed.
Warning: If an account is terminated due to a breach of Terms, any bonus balance in the account may be forfeited. Decisions regarding cash balance will be made on a case-by-case basis.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
pk67 is committed to protecting users' personal information. All data transmission is secured through SSL encryption. We do not sell your information to third parties or share it without authorization.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Continuity
pk67 may temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen reasons. pk67 will not be liable for any loss suffered by users during such periods.
10.2 Third-Party Services
pk67's game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming) and payment gateways are third-party entities. pk67's liability for any loss arising from technical issues with these providers is limited.
10.3 Game Outcomes
Game outcomes are entirely RNG-dependent and pk67 has no control over them. pk67 does not guarantee any wins or losses in games. Be aware of the risks before placing bets.
11. Changes & Updates to Terms
pk67 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
Continued use of the platform after an update will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.
